Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Because our products are customized, a skincare specialist will review your feedback to determine if a free one-time reformulation is better suited for your skin goals.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original containers to be sent back to our facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any initial shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
