How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each product is freshly compounded specifically for you, please allow 7-10 business days for production and delivery within the United States.
Can I return my personalized products?
We offer a 30-day reformulation guarantee. If your custom formula isn't perfect, our dermatologists will tweak it for free. Due to the personalized nature, we do not offer traditional returns.
Are Proven Skincare products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are 100% cruelty-free and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or SLS, using only high-quality, scientifically-backed ingredients.
What should I do if my skin environment changes?

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We also allow you to adjust the frequency of your deliveries to match your usage.
